How to register by mail:

Download and print the Registration Form, fill it out and mail it with payment to the address below.

How to register by email:

Download and print the Registration Form.  Fill out the form, scan and attach the completed form to an email addressed to SAC@charlestonstagecompany.com  (Note that if registering by email, you must either mail your payment to the address given above or phone in your credit card information.   You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment after it has been processed.)

Payment Options

SAC accepts VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, check, money order, or cash. Credit card information can be mailed or called in, but for your security, do not email credit card information.

Scholarships

SAC also offers a limited number of full and partial scholarships. Please call 866-390-ARTS (304-866-2787 to request a scholarship application or download the Scholarship Application.  Please note that scholarship recipients must be eligible for the free lunch program. (Scholarship postmark deadline is May 15, 2012.) Scholarship monies will be applied to tuition fees only.  Art fees and registration fees will be due if applicable.

NEW!  Due to a lack of donations received for scholarships, SAC is now offering a work exchange program.  If your child is not able to receive a scholarship due to a lack of donated funds, you may be used to work at camp in exchange for tuition.  There are a limited number of work exchange opportunities available.  Please note on your scholarship application if you are interested in this option.

Ways to Save at SAC

Take advantage of these options to help you save time and money!

  • Register on or before April 15, 2012, and CSC will waive the registration fee! Camp must be paid in full to waive the registration fee.
  • Become a Charleston Stage Company member at the friend level or above and the registration fee will be waived!
  • See registration form for discount information.
  • If you sponsor another child’s entire tuition fees for camp, you will receive a 10% discount on your own child’s tuition fees.

Withdrawal Policy

In the event that a student must withdraw from camp, CSC Summer Arts Camp will refund 100% of tuition fees up until the first day of classes, 75% of tuition after first day of classes. No refund will be given after the second day of classes.  Art fees and registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration Fee  

A $15 per student registration fee is charged. The registration fees is waived for CSC Members and for registrations received on or before April 15, 2012.

Art/Supplies Fee

Some Elementary Camp and Junior/Senior High Camp elective classes will have a minimal supply fee per class. The art supply fee must be paid on the first day of camp.  The classes with attached fees are marked such on the registration form.

Returned Check Fee

CSC charges $25.00 for all returned checks.

NOTE:  We cannot reserve space for you without payment! Register early as camps fill quickly.
